Authority archiving is completely hosted in the cloud and optimized for most modern web browsers. There is no software or hardware necessary. We recommend Internet access with at least 1MB upstream.
Yes. Authority provides archiving solutions for Google Docs, Calendar and Drive. Authority also provides archiving solutions for Office 365, OneDrive for Business and Yammer. Additional solutions are in development. If you have a particular platform or system in mind, just ask.
Most implementations take less than 72 hours with very little work to be done by you. An implementation specialist leverages best practices and manages the entire process. Your archive can be set up and running while the migration process continues.

The process is slightly different for each system but involves changing a few preferences in your server configuration and opening access to your firewall to Authority’s IP block.
Yes. You can have multiple retention periods in your archive group. You determine the retention policy for each classification of employees and their email will be archived accordingly.
You can specify the archive access of each user or group. There are different user access levels and various groups for business units and departments. This flexibility allows sub-administrators to search only the specific users they handle. You also can limit access to only a personal account, or provide them no access at all.
Authority guarantees that its services shall be available 99.5% of the time in a given month, excluding Scheduled Downtime for maintenance and Emergency Downtime.
